Cancellation policy

The Pure Plan delivers a two pack of replacement filters every four months. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next renewal, with no fees and no lock-in period. To pause or cancel, contact care@varaepure.com and we will confirm within 1 business day. Renewals process on the same day of the month as your original order. This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
