Terms of service

These terms govern your use of varaepure.com and your purchases from VARAE Pure Pty Ltd (ABN 43 130 037 687) of 203/1 Cassins Avenue, North Sydney NSW 2060 ("VARAE", "we", "us").

Products and pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Product descriptions reflect independent testing and supplier documentation held on file.

Orders. An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment fails, or an error in pricing or description has occurred, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping. We ship Australia-wide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Returns and faults. Returns are handled under our Returns and Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.

Pure Plan subscriptions. The Pure Plan delivers replacement filters on a recurring basis. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next renewal, with no fees or lock-in, by contacting care@varaepure.com.

Intellectual property. VARAE and the VARAE wordmark are trademarks of VARAE Pure Pty Ltd. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the amount paid.

General. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
